Swing State Mini-Tour, Page 3

Saturday, it was time to head to Cincinnati for our slot at the Midpoint Music Festival. Caryn's college buddy Mike caravan-ed with us, and helped us out on the road.

Here's our venue, Jekyll and Hyde's. Main Street was packed for the festival. There were also volunteers working on getting people registered to vote.

After all the time sitting in the car and walking around on ridiculous platform shoes, Lalena ended up with some back pain by Saturday night. So Caryn gave her some stretches to do, which was an entertaining show for the guys working the door.

Then it was time to show Cincinnati the meaning of Dark Pop.

We threw down our guitars, sticks, flutes and triangles and ran across the street to see our friends Rambler 454, who happened to be playing at the festival too.

It was hard to say goodbye so soon to our beautiful and fascinating hostess Dana. Already time to go back to New York! Thank you, Dana, and all our other new and old friends in O-hi-O! We hope to see you again very soon.
